1. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
  
• Entrants must complete Scott Cranfield’s full 21-Day Challenge within 60 days of starting or by the 31st August, whichever is soonest.
  
• Employees of Scott Cranfield and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  
  

2. How to Enter

• Participants must record a short video of their golf swing before starting the challenge, and another video after completing all 21 days.
  
• Each video should ideally include:
  
• One swing recorded face-on.

• One swing recorded down the line.

• Both videos must show the participant hitting a shot.

• Videos must be submitted via the designated upload method, which will be communicated to participants upon successful completion of the challenge.

• All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on 31st August 2025.

• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  
  

3. The Prize

• 10 winners will receive a free personal golf swing review by Scott Cranfield.
  
• The review will be delivered via a recorded video or live session, at Scott’s discretion.
  
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  
  

4. Selection and Notification of Winners

• Winners will be selected based on completion of the challenge and submission of both required videos.
  
• All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw, and winners will be chosen at random.
  
• Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date, using the contact details provided.
  
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.
  
  

5. Submission and Content Use

• By submitting videos, participants confirm the content is their own and grant Scott Cranfield the right to use, edit, and share the videos for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and marketing materials.
  
• Inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content will result in disqualification.
  
  

6. Data Protection

• Personal data will be used only for administering the challenge and prize draw, unless explicit consent is given for marketing purposes.

7. General

• Scott Cranfield reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  
• Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  
• This promotion is open to participants worldwide, except where prohibited by local laws. By entering, participants agree that the promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
